Frequently Asked Questions

Experience and value! We have been in the business since 1989. A new concrete pour will eventually crack again because it doesn't flex. Our resurfacing solutions are more durable, more attractive, and often more cost-effective over the long term because they requires fewer repairs.
No! One of the biggest advantages of our system is that it is a "no-demolition" solution. We install Sierra Stone or Rubber Stone directly over your existing concrete, asphalt, wood, or tile.
Most residential projects are completed in just one day. The surface is typically ready for foot traffic within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the weather and the specific product used.
Absolutely. Our products are specifically designed for the freeze-thaw cycles we experience. Unlike traditional concrete, which is rigid and prone to cracking, our resurfacing materials (especially Rubber Stone) are flexible and can expand and contract as the temperature changes.
Sierra Stone uses natural stone aggregate and a high-grade resin. It provides a classic, elegant look and is incredibly durable for walkways and patios.
Rubber Stone is made from recycled tires. It is softer underfoot, slip-resistant, and offers superior "spring," making it the #1 choice for driveways, patios and areas where kids play.

Rubber Stone FAQs
Rubber Stone is a durable surfacing product made from high-quality recycled Rubber and EPDM granules bound together with a strong polyurethane resin. It’s designed to resurface or cover worn, cracked, or unattractive surfaces like concrete, asphalt, tile, wood, and more, adding both safety and aesthetics.
Unlike concrete, Rubber Stone remains flexible and won’t crack under freeze-thaw conditions, making it ideal for cold climates. It also offers better traction when wet, stays cooler underfoot than concrete in summer, and can be installed over existing surfaces without demolition.
Rubber Stone can be applied in a wide range of areas including driveways, walkways, patios, garage floors, playgrounds, pool decks and even interior spaces like basements or utility rooms. Its versatility comes from the ability to install it over many substrates.
With proper care, Rubber Stone surfaces can last 15+ years or more. Maintenance mainly involves regular pressure washing to clean debris and a re-roll of the top coat every few years (typically every 3–5 years) to help protect against wear and UV exposure.
Yes. Rubber Stone offers high traction and a textured surface that remains skid-resistant even when wet, reducing the risk of slips and falls. The flexible nature of the material also provides a cushioning effect, making it safer and more comfortable underfoot than hard surfaces like concrete or stone
